This is a 98 m2 construction set over a plot of urban land of some 165m2, including some 102 m2 worth of land for a yard, located right on the outskirts of the village. Provided the building walls were in sound structural condition, the restoration would still need for an architects project, as the building would need to change its current industrial use (farming) for another of residential use. <br>
