In a village set within the Sierra de Gredos, this new terraced villa has been built entirely with modern materials and with all the commodities & facilities to enjoy life in the mountains. The villa is a 80m2 construction set over a 42m2 footprint plot of urban land which, though located within the main village, it is in walking distance from the Parque Regional de la Sierra de Gredos.
The villa has the following layout. Ground floor comprising of entrance, a mixed dining hall and lounge with kitchen, and a bathroom. 1st. floor comes with 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. Heating and hot water are completely electric. 
Next to the environmental values, the area of Gredos hoards an interesting compendium of places in which history, the art and the tradition have left an important track. Between all of them, we emphasize the Roman road of the “Puerto del Pico” and the towns of Candeleda and “El Barco de Avila”. We recommended the march from the platform located at the end of the track that begins in “Hoyos del Espino” until the famous Circus of Gredos. The way ends at the call “Trocha Real”, that, in few minutes, leads on the great Glacial lagoon. In its cold and transparent waters are reflected the high summits that next to the Almanzor form the “Circus of Gredos”. It is emphasized the National Park of Gredos Mountain range, of amazing fauna and botanical value. To enjoy your visit to the mountains, it is recommended to go hiking. Impressive landscape modelled by glacier erosion on granite rocks: lagoons, circuses, and deposits that culminates in the 2592 meters of the Almanzor tip.
