The property is set in a peaceful village that is surrounded by the Gredos mountains and the Tormes river to the south, 85 km. away from Ávila, 79 km. from Salamanca, and 196 km. from Madrid. The village preserves an old & rural atmosphere due to the fact that most of its settlers are outsiders that use their properties in the village as their second homes.
