This plot is located within 1,5km. from nearest village, opposite mountains to Gredos mountain, to the north of the Tormes river. Its privileged location gives a rich landscape. The vegetation and fauna of the area is abundant and varied. Elm, poplars, pine, oak, birch, chestnut… predominate in the surrounding area. Among the most characteristic fauna highlights are: the imperial Eagle, the Griffon Vulture, kites, White-throated Dipper, Water Pipit, Rufous-tailed Rock Thrush, Citril Finch, Common Crossbill, Hawfinch, Crested Tits... What´s more, due to the fact that most of the municipal land is set within the domains of the Natural Park of Sierra de Gredos, the area is also catalogued as Birds Special Protected Area.
