This is a 2.349m2 plot of flat rural land with a legalized water well and a 141m2 construction currently used as a barn which would be ideal for all uses allowed on this land. This plot is located within 1,5km. from nearest village and geographically located on the opposite mountains to Gredos mountain. Very close to the Tormes river, its privileged location gives this plot a rich landscape. The vegetation and fauna of the area is abundant and varied. Elm, poplars, pine, oak, birch, chestnut… predominate in the surrounding area. Among the most characteristic fauna highlights are: the imperial Eagle, the Griffon Vulture, kites, White-throated Dipper, Water Pipit, Rufous-tailed Rock Thrush, Citril Finch, Common Crossbill, Hawfinch, Crested Tits... What´s more, due to the fact that most of the municipal land is set within the domains of the Natural Park of Sierra de Gredos, the area is also catalogued as Birds Special Protected Area.
